All orders are packed discreetly (no branding on the package) and are tracked. We partner with major shipping companies such as DHL and Australia Post. Once the dedicated shipping company is ready to ship your order, a confirmation notice will be issued to you.

Please take note that our shipping providers do not deliver to PO Boxes. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you accurately supply a physical delivery address.

We do not impose a Sales Tax, VAT or GST to any of your purchase. However some countries may charge a customs duty on items entering their country. These duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Qlocherie is not liable for any customs duty that may be imposed. We ship out of our warehouse in Australia.
